  • The material, grade and thickness
  • How many of each part
  • Your drawing, in the format you have (a DXF or a dimensioned PDF is ideal)
  • Critical dimensions, fits or tolerances marked on the drawing
  • When you need the parts
  • Your estimate reference, if you used the estimator
  • Your name, and the company name for a business order
